Architected a sophisticated, secure online client portal tailored for Plan Sponsors, Advisors, and Plan Participants to effectively manage their 401k plans. This comprehensive platform facilitated various tasks including inputting year-end data, creating cases, communicating with their team and LTC employees, as well as accessing and securely storing documentation. Implemented dynamic branding sets, pages, and custom views that adjusted based on the credentials of the logged-in user, ensuring a personalized experience for different audiences.
Developed a robust annual compliance questionnaire specifically for Plan Sponsors to securely input year-end data, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitating seamless compliance processes. Implemented Single Sign-On functionality to seamlessly transition from the compliance questionnaire to deep linking into the Relius sponsor web DVC (Data Validation Center), enhancing user experience and efficiency.
Plan Reporting & Analytics:
Identified off-calendar plans lacking data input, loaded user data for Plan Employer and Plan Contact lookup fields, pre-populated plan level data, and loaded census files for each plan, streamlining data management processes and ensuring data accuracy. Created a comprehensive dashboard for Plan Sponsors and Advisors, providing transparent visibility into plan analytics, call log activity, ticket progress, and compliance testing statuses for each plan, empowering users with real-time insights and actionable information. Developed and scheduled a weekly report for the Client Services team, showcasing all plans with outstanding items, enabling proactive management and timely resolution of issues.
