Incorporated rules & criteria to render warning messages and/or prevent users from creating opportunities or duplicate contacts providing better guidance, thus mitigating user error by 95% as well as increased sales team's closed-won deals by 25%. The new process improved sales productivity by automating monotonous tasks, reducing the number of clicks, and mitigating errors.
