Implemented and customized LT's first virtual self-service client platform to help manage their plans, input year-end data, create cases, communicate with their team & LT employees, and provide secure documentation. Managed the initial enterprise-wide implementation of Salesforce and rebuilt LT's internal ticketing system using Salesforce cases.
